At PropertyBIZMAG’s Property Operations our mission is to maintain and increase the value of the real estate investments that we administer. Operations is responsible for tracking the performance of properties and making sure that real estate investments accomplish their anticipated revenues, maintain the high value & standards of services we provide. Provide value added services to in-house tenants as well as visitors.

In liaison with tenants representatives, ensure property services are met with high standards of services.

Follow up pending issues & provide resolution to solve in a proper period of time.

In a PropertyBIZMAG managed environment, all phone calls received during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. will be returned the same business day when possible. In case of an emergency, we are available 24/7 when calling our office, you will be directed to get in touch with the property manager in-charge. We will follow through with all requests to Tenant’s final resolution to ensure all Tenants and Landlords are satisfied.
